Pilates Fusion


A unique well rounded class designed to work the entire body in a graceful yet mindful way… This class will begin with a dynamic experience including various cardio and strength training drills. Then into a powerful mind/body mat Pilates experience focusing on the abdominals, back and bum strength. All the while restoring balance and creating good range of motion and flexibility, the class will wind down to end with some yoga stretching leaving you to feel energized and strong !
